Vets on Demand connects pet owners with independent veterinary clinics and licensed drivers. We are a marketplace — clinics provide the care, drivers provide the transport, and we provide the booking and payment infrastructure that makes it work.
1. Who can use the platform
You must be 18 or older and the legal owner or authorized caretaker of any pet you book care for. Clinics and drivers must hold all licenses required in their jurisdiction.
2. Bookings and payment
Prices shown are set by clinics and drivers. Final invoices match the listed price unless your vet recommends and you accept additional care during the visit. Late cancels and no-shows may incur a fee disclosed before you confirm a booking.
3. Medical care disclaimer
Vets on Demand is not a veterinary practice and does not provide medical advice. All medical decisions are made by the licensed clinic providing care. In a true emergency, contact your nearest 24-hour emergency hospital.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Free changes up to 12 hours before your appointment. After that, the clinic's posted policy applies. Driver cancels follow the rate sheet shown at booking time.
